CherishCub currently offers digital products, including downloadable guides, workbooks, routine charts, checklists, trackers, printable resources, and other digital materials.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and can generally be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

We encourage you to carefully review the product description, age range, contents, and other information provided on the product page before purchasing.

When We Help

We understand that genuine problems can occur.

Please contact us if:

You were accidentally charge more than once for the same purchase.
You received the wrong digital product.
Your download link does not work.
The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
You did not receive access to a product you successfully purchased.
There is another technical problem preventing you from accessing your purchase.

If we confirm a delivery or technical issue, we will first try to restore access, replace the file, or provide the correct product.

Where appropriate, and depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may also issue a refund.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we verify the duplicate transaction, we may refund the duplicate charge to the original payment method.

Approved Refunds

If CherishCub approves a refund, it will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time required for the refund to appear may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.

CherishCub does not control processing times after an approved refund has been submitted to the applicable payment provider.

CherishCub resources are designed to provide parents and caregivers with practical educational tools, strategies, routines, worksheets, and guidance. Every child and family is different. We therefore cannot guarantee a particular behavioral, developmental, parenting, sleep, screen-time, potty-training, feeding, routine, or other outcome from using a CherishCub product.

Individual results may vary depending on factors including the child's age, temperament, individual needs, family circumstances, consistency, and how the resources are used. A lack of a particular expected result does not, by itself, qualify a purchase for a refund.

Change of Mind

Because our products are digital and can be accessed shortly after purchase, we generally cannot provide refunds simply because you:

Changed your mind.
No longer need the product.
Purchased the product by mistake.
Did not use or complete the
product.
Expected different content when
the product was accurately described before purchase.
Found that the resource was not a good fit for your family's individual circumstances.
